A sketch // I'm getting out I'm moving on And from w on address unkwn Amanda Lear Stolen images. Used and abused images. It s the story about a filmmakers stolen images. It s the story about people who turned icons of the famous filmmaker to tools of bullying with respect. There s aesthetics without ethics. Why did they took the images of a famous filmmaker, why didn t they take pictures of their own turning them into icons. Without ethics aesthetics. They mocked instead of having anything to say. The book is much more than a report, it s an reflection about aesthetics and ethics, it s an artistic biography turned to stalking images. Images turned to icons and tools for offences. There s a stronger story behind, Wim Wenders ever going reflections about violence, war, peace and the art of seeing. Stealing images is art of seeing, it s blindfolding. It s a kind of propaganda for own purposes. And there s ather layer, the way of being professional, the ethics of being professional, a history of work and employment in Germany. And of course there s an answer - what is war, what is peace. It s t the same answer Wim Wenders gives with the book he and Mary Zournazi published recently. It s a different answer. // I don t agree with Wim Wenders. Don t I? But he is right, if peace has the choice between invation and invention it belongs to invention, free of vulgar use.
