I didn’t need the heavy duty TRX strap; this has all the attributes of the heavy duty models. It will be easier for travel due to less bulk. I like the ease of changing the length of the straps; there are raised lines of stitching at the different length settings that you can feel through the metal cam type buckles as they bump against this stitching. The workout poster is helpful; I refer to it to make sure my form is correct for each exercise. I’m very glad I purchased this model.
