cost-wise it was great value but I'm not entirely sure if it performs that well. I use it as an extension for my son's tablet charger as he likes to sit at various ends of the couch and room and this lets him move around while his tablet is still charging. But recently, the tablet doesn't seem to charge when I use it with this cable but charges perfectly otherwise. so, I am not sure of the charging capabilities of this extension cable. I haven't used it in a data transfer capability but i don't think anyone would need a 10 metre USB extension for data transfer.
