Wright was born in Rugby, one of eleven children.He and some other members of his family are registered blind.Despite his disability, he lives a very active life. He teaches Tackwondo, a marital art and holds a 4th degree black belt.He also teaches Boxerise, a combination of aerobics and boxing.When he is not teaching he can usually be found in his local gym.
