This cologne smells absolutely divine. It never fails to get compliments after I've just applied it, and it also has a matching body lotion which is smooth and lovely and well scented. Sheer Veil is almost a delicate scent, but with lots of rich floral undertones that balance out well and do not overwhelm. It smells utterly fresh. I would like to rate this product 4.5 stars, with a half star removed for one reason: the fragrance tends to fade quickly. I've found this to be the case with other Vera Wang fragrances. Other than this minor complaint, I continue to love Sheer Veil and the lexicon of other Vera Wang perfumes and colognes. The word I keep thinking: divine!
I think it is a good value for those younger people who like stronger scents; it is too strong for me so I gave it away. I opted for another fragrance. Most people would like it but it just wasn't for me.

When you here sheer you think light. At least that was my thinking. When I first sprayed it on I didn't care for it at all !!!! Try it but give it some time and it smells great after dry down. I decided to keep it because it smelled really good later. :)

I bought this for the price and thought it would have a light floral scent. It is very strong so a little spray will do. Its too strong for me. I will not buy again.
