I am 86 years of age & a (was) professional wood carver. I know what I am talking about. I have just repolished the table to suit other furnishing in our home.and fitted new carved legs. Actually the wood is quite good but I feel that in time the joins in the wood will split. It is quite obvious that the construction of the table was not done by a skilled person. After making my comment I consider that if I was to purchase the wood and make the same table it would have cost me as much as I have paid for it. It is definitely worth the money.
