Getting a replacement arm rest pad is not difficult with this deal. It saved an otherwise comfortable chair. I had to get longer bolts 1/4"x20x1" to replace the 3/4" short ones came with it for less than $2 but I expected it because I was not sure my chair was a Hon brand. I like the contour of the Hon better than the more generic flat ones. It arrived a day early is the benefit of living in a big metro area. Happy with the purchase and with the seller. Thanks,
