I thought it very interesting that all the gangland murders in Tampa were done with shotguns, at least in the old days. I had also forgotten about bolita, the numbers game.

As a former Tampan and wife of a retired Tampa Cop,J. T. Gutch,this was a great trip down memory lane. My husband and I discussed the different incidents in the book and he added his personal insight to the events. He will read it next. I enjoyed the details about places I have been and people I have met. It is an excellent history of the Tampa underworld. I liked the list of the cast of characters at the end. It was a good way to put it all together. I look forward to the next book from this author.
