This is a great GPS, it talks to you by telling you where you need to turn, tells you the street name, zooms in on your turns & difficult intersections. you can capture where you are & it will plot back a travel route to help you to get back to where you want. you can even load up a micro card full of mp3s to play when you are bored, you can pipe the audio of both the mp3s & the GPS voice through the inbuilt FM transmitter to your car radio, & as long as you dont have the GPS volume up full, there is no distortion. I found the Bluetooth connection a little bit haphazard, & it kept filling my phone with messages saying that it couldnt connect, because it was trying every second... the POI are great, & you can set it to walking mode if you are walking around... I do recommend to update the maps though, ATM mine has the 2009 maps, & being a Taxi driver I use it a lot, But I have to go to places which do not exist on 2009 maps!! Sometimes I have to reset it, because it can freeze, but like any computer, I don't have a problem with it When it came out in 2009 it was worth $699, because it was top of the range, so even now I think it is well worth buying second hand... I have heard that the latest models can be buggy so I can hole heartedly recommend this GPS & I love the Silver finish!!Read full review
