Best shifting and highest film strength
Been using this in my Subaru for many years in the gearbox ( with one litre of Motul gear 300- google Andrewtech cocktail) and straight in the diff , car is modded , makes much more than standard power and torque , and has over 330 thou ks on it . Shifts beautifully, really makes a difference, bit more expensive than plain old ‘ insert any normal gl5 ‘ but worth it to me .

Very positive experience..
I've done over 100k in my WRX with the drive train handling more than double the standard power output. The diff developed a slight whine which became more prononced after about 20k. I replaced the oil with Redline 75w90 gear oil and at the same time I changed the gearbox oil with the Lightweight shockproof. The noise in the diff was considerably quieter after the change but completely dissapeared 20k km's later. After 60k using Red Line the gearbox feels the same as it did the day I bought the car. Great stuff
I use Redline Lightweight Shockproof oil in my Subaru WRX gearbox. It is highly recommended as a fix for gear shifting issues that the WRX sometime has. It smoothed out my gearbox. I would never use anything else in it now.
