I am 99% confident that if you drop your phone on the floor that nothing will happen to the phone. This case is solid, very durable and provides outstanding protection for the phone. The only problem that I had was trying to figure out how to install the case. Once you get it installed, the phone looks great. I will definitely buy another Otter case once I upgrade my current smartphone.

This is the toughest case/ belt clip i have ever owned, I have had several in my time and they normally don't last long due to me as a Mechanic either laying on the ground or trying to get under a dash and they usually crumble quickly for me forgetting i have them on my side. I have broken one belt clip but it was my fault and i had my phone out of it and literally rolled over on it repeatedly not realizing it. I would recommend everyone purchasing an Otter Box. Otterbox Defender series, Discontinued this product for the M7 HTC phone and this was the only place I looked to get 1 or 2 more for my phone as a backup. I also use a Nokia 1020 and use Otterbox Defender case for it also. Otterbox is the way to go.
