Brought two pairs of shoes they sent me the wrong colour I returned them and we agreed they’d send me the correct shoes to which they quote ‘accidentally refunded’ me. They then gave me a link to buy another pair but the price has now gone up so pretty disappointed. I don’t see how hard it is to read the correct information and send the right items. It’s just a pain in the ass. But the correct shoes sent I’m really happy with
