Author Biography
Erin became a student of yoga many years ago when looking for a way to alleviate chronic back pain from scoliosis (curvature of the spine). In addition to pain management, Erin discovered that practicing yoga helps her to feel lighter, stronger, free-er, and more peaceful in all areas of life. Erin decided to put her love of books & yoga together to help others on their journey to self-discovery. You can find Erin living yoga on & off her mat in Hawaii, where she loves to swim, surf, eat, play & make movies.
