Plum Lucky - full of action, you will laugh reading any of the books that Janet Evanovich writes. I look forward to #14 that comes out June 17, 2008. I know a lot of men who read these books too, and they love them as much as I do. My daughter said she'll start reading the "Stephanie Plum Series" this summer when school is out. We will love talking about what happened, what's going to happen and all the "what if's." I recommend Janet Evanovich to anyone who wants to ENJOY what they read. I have laughed so hard that my husband began laughing because I was out of control. Now he'll see me reading with a smile on my face and interrupt me....."What's so funny, tell me." Have fun, buy them all. Then pass them down to your daughter or a friend. You'll be remembered for it!
I absolutely love the Stephanie Plum books by Evanovich. I have all of the "number" books and can't wait for more. Stephanie's family and some of her friends (Lula, etc.)are absolutely "off the scale" wacky and a delight to know. Evanovich makes you feel like you really know the whole cast of characters and that's really fun. I hope she continues to write "Plum" books. Stephanie really doesn't have to continue to be a bond jumper chaser and I think she could easily get involved with something equally fun and adventurous. I'd like to see more dialog with Joe. I decided to buy it on eBay because it was a good price and worth buying.
This is a fun story incorporating the characters from Janet Evanovich's books written by the numbers. The main character Stephanie Plum is a young, daring, Bounty Hunter, who is always in some kind of trouble. This time she chases a skip to Atlantic City. She recovers a kidnapped horse and her pistol packing grandma. The other characters who continue from story to story are colorful, and laugh out loud funny. For easy reading this is a great, fast moving book.
Love all the Stephine Plum books

I have read all of Evanovich's books, love the Plum series. Funny with some mystery. Not sure why she went off the series titles on Plum with this one. It was shorter than most, not quite as much action, nor Ranger involvement, but was good. Her last couple in this series are better than this one, but again, was good and more involvment with Grandma. Very funny, fast reading.
