The item does not simply plug in as there is no power connecter to plug into. It shows in the images of the "Black -, Red + and yellow for accessory just plugging into another connecter but it doesn't exist... I tried messaging on monday about this and all i got was nonstop messages stating they are open M-F on chinese time. It's been 4 days now and no response. No support, useless product. Buy a decoder box from a different well known company, these chinese sellers can't do anything right.
