Globe had a hair line crack running up the middle of the globe.. the reasearch I did on the globes if they have a crack is there dangerous an unpredictable they could explode leading to a fire or explode at the worse time when ur in front of it causing serious injury.. apart from the crack I was an am very happy with quality an performance ability of the 600w lamp with 20% extra strength.. I would love another chance to get a replacement one an see the results with it. Thank u Michael

I placed an order for item on 9th of november and when it didn't arrive i contacted them saying i still wanted it and was assured it was resent, its now the 15th dec and its been cancelled and im now waiting on a refund, so a waste of 6 weeks and time buying from this seller. I can also see they are still advertising the product i ordered for double the price. So clearly they just never sent it or what ever their game is. waste of. time.
