When he was told a major side effect was memory loss he didn't want to take it anymore. He started taking this and now his is normal. I took it for 3 months and my high cholesterol went down 30 points and my a1c is almost normal. My doctor is AMAZED. Besides better health having these factors normal can save you a lot money when you get insurance and can even help you get a good job if a complete physical is necessary. Essence of the French Paradox
I've been taking this compound for almost 15 years. I hesitate to write down what it actually does because many would doubt what I have experienced. However I can't ascribe the physiological changes I have experienced to anything else. It is a potent anti-oxidant. Rats and scallops given large doses experience sobering levels of physiological alteration. While we are not rodents, snails or mollusks, the message is clear. The French as a group have over 100 times the saturated fat in their diet that we do. They have a tiny fraction of the heart disease we do in the United States. Good Product But Be Aware Of Expiration Date
I believe this to be a good product that is very beneficial to me. My only issue is the expiration date of all 4 of the bottles I purchased. Since the recommended dose is twice a day with meals, it will take me roughly a year to consume them which is well beyond the best used by date printed on each bottle. I was hoping that at least two of the bottles would have a much later expiration date considering that I was purchasing more than one bottle.I believe this to be a good product that is very beneficial to me. Looked at several other products that advertised 1500 mg, but when you look at the content label it would be 650 mg resveratrol and then a lot of other ingredients . This was the best value I found on a 1000mg of only resveratrol .
