They give light like a candle
Despite they are bright when one looks at them, inside headlighs they do not work at all. I could not see a road farther then 5m. Light beams pointed upward and lit trees canopy instead of a road. It's absolutely unsafely to use these LEDs in dark time. I don't recommend to buy them. Waste of mony and time to fit them.

Cheap and reasonable, but not all that bright
This LED bulb is certainly brighter than my old halogen one, but not by much. The main problem is that the High and Low beams are the wrong way around, so you have to have it on high beam all the time for low beam, which is a nuisance in the city.
