I ordered 100 grain tips and received 150 grains. We agreed replacements and refund for my cost of shipping. I repacked and posted it back. When they received the parcel refunded my money and shipping costs. Now I have no product, lost my eBay discount, spent time and travel working with someone else's product and in the meantime the seller increased their price. And asking me to reorder the goods. That's the way how NOT to do business. Epic fail. Therefore I decided to buy from somewhere else.
