I received the motherboard and it was exactly as described. However, after installing the board, the laptop only booted once and the power light kept flashing, indicating a short circuit. After communications with the seller regarding this issue, they agreed to replace the motherboard at their expense. They tested and shipped out a replacement which worked perfectly. They also upgraded the processor,a very nice gesture. All in all, I am satisfied with the service and quality of the product.

Mi experiencia ha sido positiva con el vendedor. Ha sido amable, ha respondido a mis dudas y se ha preocupado porque todo fuera bien. La placa tenía buen precio, ha llegado bien protegida y a primera vista parece estar bien. Este fin de semana la montaré en mi equipo y comprobaré que funciona correctamente.
Mi única experiencia negativa, por el momento, es por “Correos”. Más lentos que el caballo del malo. Desde el 8 octubre ha tenido el envío de un lado a otro. Van a peor.

This is a very good seller, I made a mistake in my install somehow and thought the item was faulty, while it was perfectly 100% as described and functional. I wrote a nasty response to the seller, and they still were gracious enough to offer to return the motherboard and send me a replacement, however they insisted that i send them some more proof of testing, well, they were correct and in my testing I found I had errored. Please listen to this seller they do test their products. A++++
