The computer is very easy to use, the fingerprint set up takes a few minutes. Still having some issues with Dot Net Framework to get my preferred anti-virus set up. Office 2010 loaded easily and runs well. I would have liked the Microsoft updates to be installed, that is taking a bit of time. Overall, for a re-furbished laptop, it is running well.
